Anne-Sophie Tvegård

Anne-Sophie has several years of experience in research and analysis from BackerSkeie Executive Search, where she has supported executive search processes across sectors and functions. She has contributed to solving complex assignments at executive, board, and senior leadership levels. She also has several years of experience in board recruitment and executive team assessments, and has worked on research projects within leadership and organizational psychology.

Anne-Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Kristiania University College, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Kristiania University College.
