Christina Waale Salomaa

Christina has broad experience as a recruiter, senior advisor, and HR Business Partner, and has been responsible for recruitment processes, talent development, and employer branding in large organizations. She also has extensive experience in sales, recruitment, and consulting services, including personnel responsibility for consultants on assignment.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication from the Norwegian School of Marketing and is certified in occupational psychology assessment tools from Assessio and Aon.
