Emelie Isosalo Jansson is Partner HR & Embedded at GreatPeople AS. She has extensive experience in HR, recruitment, and leadership, and has played a key role in building recruitment functions and developing HR strategies that support both operational and strategic needs.

With a background in HR and finance, Emelie has developed deep expertise in recruitment and business development, particularly within the IT industry. She has broad experience in job and requirements analysis, candidate attraction, interview techniques, testing, and quality assurance, and has led recruitment processes for executives, specialists, and junior profiles.

She has held clear leadership roles, including leading recruitment teams and establishing and developing offices at a national level. Emelie has proven experience with onboarding strategies and training programs, combining strategic insight with strong execution capabilities.

As a confident and experienced advisor in recruitment and talent development, she is both Prince2 Foundation certified and a DNV-GL certified recruiter. In addition, she integrates AON and Assessio’s occupational psychology assessments as part of her methodology.
