Espen Steinsrud

Managing Partner

Espen Steinsrud is the founder and Managing Partner of GreatPeople. He has worked in recruitment for the past eight years, in addition to holding operational leadership responsibility in the world’s largest HR company.

With 25 years of experience in business development, sales, leadership, and advisory services for private and public organizations as well as large international corporations, Espen brings broad expertise and a unique network. His operational experience from the construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors, including major development projects, has given him deep industry insight and strong connections.

Espen is a sought-after advisor for our clients, while also contributing as a key resource and project support to colleagues alongside his leadership role. He is an experienced advisor in organizational change and development.

Espen holds a Master of Science in Engineering from NTNU in Industrial Economics and Technology Management. He has completed executive education at London Business School, INSEAD, and TIAS. Espen is a certified user of assessment tools from Assessio, Aon, and SHL.
