Fredrik Aaslestad

He has recruitment experience from BackerSkeie, the sister company of GreatPeople, as well as extensive experience as a finance leader across larger organizations and various industries. He brings strong hands-on experience from roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Accounting, Head of Internal Control, Head of Controlling, and Business Controller.

He also has 10 years of experience as an advisor, project manager, and interim executive at PwC, focusing on optimizing the CFO function, where he was involved in building and leading their Management for Hire offering. With his extensive operational leadership background and deep understanding of best practices within the CFO domain, Fredrik is a valuable sparring partner for our clients.

He holds certifications in Assessio assessment tools, Prince2 project management, and LEAN/continuous improvement. Fredrik is a State Authorized Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Business (Siviløkonom) from BI Norwegian Business School, as well as an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from ESCP Europe.
