Fredrik has extensive experience working with international companies looking to expand into the Norwegian market.
In addition to many years of recruitment experience, Fredrik has worked within HR in larger companies based in London, where he was responsible for onboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, handling employee relations matters, and providing general HR support. Through his career, Fredrik has built a broad international network, both in Norway and abroad.
Fredrik holds a Master of Science in International Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) with a specialization in marketing. He is a DNV-certified recruiter.
