Geir has several years of experience in recruitment within IT & Digital, focusing on areas such as Cyber Security, Data Engineering, software development, architecture roles, networking, and cloud. He also brings over 20 years of experience in business development and sales of various IT/enterprise solutions, primarily within the Life Science and Healthcare segments, with responsibility for the Nordic market.

During this time, he has held multiple leadership roles, including IT Manager, Sales Director, Senior Business Development Manager/Partner, and Headhunter/Executive Search consultant.
