Line Christiansen

Line Christiansen is a Research Associate at GreatPeople and part of the Research & Analysis team. At GreatPeople, she supports search and outreach efforts for specialists and leaders across various industries.

Line has previously worked as a Junior Headhunter and has solid experience in recruitment within the real estate sector. Throughout her career, she has gained significant expertise in crafting precise job advertisements, role specifications, and candidate attraction strategies. Line builds strong relationships with both candidates and clients, leveraging her analytical skills to identify top talent.

She holds a master’s degree in Behavioural Science from OsloMet and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, and Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
