Sara Göthe is Team Lead for Finance and HR at GreatPeople. She has more than 14 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having worked as an advisor, HR Director and manager in an international HR group.
Sara has extensive leadership and management team experience, a strong understanding of finance, legal and HR roles, and a broad network of candidates and partners.
Her background in auditing has given her a strong understanding of compliance and the finance function, as well as broad knowledge of quality control and internal audit. She has solid expertise in both recruitment and consultant staffing, particularly within finance, legal and HR.
Sara holds a Master’s degree in Business, Audit & Accounting from the University of Borås. She is a certified user of Assessio and Aon assessment tools.
