Sara Göthe is a Recruitment Partner and Team Lead for Finance and HR at GreatPeople. She has more than 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry, both as an advisor, HR Director, and leader within an international HR group.
Sara has extensive leadership and executive team experience, a strong understanding of finance and HR roles, and a broad network of candidates and partners. Her background in auditing has given her a solid understanding of the finance function, as well as in-depth knowledge of quality control and internal audit. She has strong expertise in both recruitment and the placement of consultants, particularly within finance and HR.
Sara holds a Master’s degree in Business, Audit & Accounting from the University of Borås. She is a certified user of assessment tools from Assessio and Aon.
